Pink Party Glam

This is another design I’ve done before, with pink, black, white, and glitter. I decided to repeat this because my previous picture was terrible. That’s okay, because I had fun painting this nail art design, and decided to call it Pink Party Glam

To get this design, you need jagged sticker nail guides, and the following, or at least similar colors to the following nail polish below:

  • a clear base coat
  • Silver Sparkler (#603) by Salon Perfect
  • Superstar by Pure Ice (or a while)
  • Black Onyx by O.P.I Nail Lacquer
  • Strawberry Margarita by O.P.I. Nail Lacquer

The trick to the nail guides, is that after you’ve placed them, you paint over them with 1 or two coats of the nail polish color you desire. Let it dry half-way, and then carefully peel the jagged sticker up. In this case, I painted black over the white.

To peel, you cannot just peel is straight across, or you will ruin the jagged line that you want. Peel carefully in the direction that the sticker points. For example, if the jag is pointing up, then you peel in that direction until you get to the point, and then peel down to the downward angle of that jag.

You may choose to use a clear top coat for your black and white nail, but I find it’s not necessary, and in some cases, the clear coat may smear it. If you change nail polish weekly, then a clear coat isn’t necessary.
